Storage condition |
| . |
It is better to select a location to avoid direct sunshine, please put the musical movements in suitable place e.g. temperature 5~30oC (40~86oF) and humidity 65%RH under. |
| 2 |
To avoid dust |
| . |
When the musical movements are moving or storage, be sure that dust, dirt and debris are kept away from musical movements. Small particles can stop the gear train. |
| 3 |
Winding shaft |
| . |
When the musical movement spring is screwed with a winding key staked onto the winding shaft, do not add extra force to turn it clockwise , if over winding (70kg/mm above) that would result in the breakage of gears.(showed in Fig 1) |
| 4 |
Drum shaft extension |
| . |
(1) |
If extra force (17kg above) to pull the 2# shaft then the 2# shaft will be breakaway the drum and result in deformation and breakage of movement. |
| (2) |
If extra force (15kg above) should be applied clockwise to drum extension shaft-named 2# shaft (showed in Fig 2) while music is being played , it will result in deformation and breakage of some gears. Therefore, while music is played normally, do not apply any addition force on the 2# shaft. |
| (3) |
If you try to turn the 2# shaft clockwise while the spring is run down, it will lead to disconnection of the spring. |
| 5 |
When musical movements is assembled into your product, please put on the fingertip, make sure not touch directly to avoid rust. |
